Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RizzOne mobile app (the "App") and the riszoneapp.com website (together, the "Service"), operated by Zappnia ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of terms

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms.

License to use the Service

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service, and you may not attempt to extract the content of the App for use elsewhere.

In-app purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases. All payments are processed through Google Play billing, and any transactions are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and Google's refund policies. We do not process payments directly and are not responsible for payment processing errors on Google's side.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse any person;
• Engage in any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity;
• Attempt to access, interfere with, or disrupt the Service's operation;
• Any use not expressly permitted by these Terms.

The App is rated 12+ on Google Play and may contain suggestive or flirtatious content. It is your responsibility to use it appropriately and in compliance with applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding, content, and code, is owned by Zappnia or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the Service beyond the limited license described above.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zappnia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if continued access would create a legal or security risk.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
